There is however a charge for certain remote areas such as the Highlands, Channel Islands and also Northern Ireland.

Orders shipped via :- DPD. With their industry-leading Predict service, they provide you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait in all day. What's more, it enables you to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.

Outside the UK, customers are responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to customs, duties and taxes.
Delivery times can vary for receipt of your goods.

Our dog beds will be shipped via a preferred courier of our choice – a signature is required.
Because our beds are hand made and only produced when your order is received we expect your order to be delivered within 7 working days and usually sooner. There are however busy periods and we ask that whilst we are keen for you to receive your order as soon as possible we might take just a little longer in dispatching it. We hope that you understand.
We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented and commit ourselves to ensuring that your order will arrive safely, timely, and smartly. So if you are not 100% happy with your purchase then neither are we.

We offer a full refund or exchange (excluding package + postage costs) provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and in saleable, "as new condition". After 30 days from the date of purchase, returned items will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine cause of failure, if any applies. Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded as appropriate to the circumstances. Products purchased as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser. If you decide to return an item, the cost of return is your responsibility and Hixx will not refund you the cost of return postage (unless otherwise agreed).
As our products are hand made by craftsmen in small quantities, minor variations in manufacturing detailing can be expected sometimes. If you think your product has a serious problem please contact us and we will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty. Due to the nature of dog accessories and their intended usage, we are not able to accept returns nor exchanges for any reason after 30 days from the date of purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please send an email to email@example.com and we will guide you through the process for returning your goods and provide you with the address. Please note that our registered address is not our returns address . All goods must be returned to us in undamaged, completely unused condition so please take care to package them well. Please ensure that any goods returned are accompanied by your details and your receipt.
We cannot be responsible or provide a refund for returned goods lost in transit so please insure your returned items for your own peace of mind and ask for proof of purchase. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
We produce high quality goods and are proud of what we make and sell. However, should you wish to exchange your goods you may do so within 30 days from date of purchase. As long as the item is in “as new” condition, Hixx will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. The cost of any additional postage & packaging will be payable by the customer.
Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to provide exchanges for goods that we deem to have been used, no matter how lightly. Please keep this in mind when considering your request for exchange. Please note personalised items are non-exchangeable.
